About the Role

This role focuses on validation in an adaptive testing environment where accurate data collection, structured analysis, and clear reporting are essential. You will work close to ongoing test activities, helping identify issues early and providing reliable input for continued investigation and improvement. It is a hands-on role for you who enjoy being close to the product, combining practical testing with disciplined follow-up. Job Description

• You will perform test validation during adaptive testing activities.
• You will log data and document test results in a clear and structured way.
• You will report deviations and issues to the issue manager to support further analysis and resolution.
• You will contribute to high-quality reporting and thorough follow-up throughout the testing process.
• You will work in an assignment that includes travel for extended periods.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in software, or equivalent experience from a test environment.
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as CANalyzer.
• Driver’s license B.
• Fluent English and Swedish.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-leadership.
• Good communication skills.
• A thorough approach to report writing.
• Ability to travel for longer periods.

Nice to have

• Mandarin as a second language.
